If not now, when?
We live in a world in conflict, where fear fueled by misinformation divides the well-intentioned — people like you and me. Our World Peace Park exists to help us recognize our common bond with humanity while safeguarding our individual cultures and beliefs.
A celebration of the entire human race
To establish Our World Peace Park showcasing each culture in detail — and to provide classroom-ready virtual materials to share with schools and organizations everywhere.
Education is a mighty tool
Against prejudice and ignorance, education has the power to dissolve fear and misunderstanding while promoting tolerance, acceptance, and peace.
A hands-on teaching model
The Park will be "education central" — a place where learning about each other reveals we have far more in common than we thought.
Everyone is welcome
People of every ethnicity, culture, and religion — including your own — are invited to tour the Park in person or virtually.
You will be amazed at the peaceful gathering of the cultures of this world, displayed side by side — their music, food, entertainment, and customs.A celebration of true freedom, guaranteed for all by our own Constitution.
An accessible classroom to the world
Every culture and belief system will have equal opportunity to exhibit their traditions, personally interact with visitors, and answer questions.
The Park will be arranged by continents, and each nation will be given an equal area of land to mount an exhibit that conveys the characteristics and cultural uniqueness of their country — for all to see, hear, and understand.
People dedicated to peace and understanding
We are dedicated to truly offering our children carefree lives that only peace and understanding can bring. We see our streets belonging to all our children again — safe places to meet and interact with other children.
We understand that people are not our enemy. Fear, unscrupulous leadership, misunderstanding, and ignorance are, indeed, the enemy.
Mothers all over the world share one thought: "How can I keep my children safe?" That question is asked in every corner of our globe.
Our World Peace Park is built on a simple idea: when we are open to learning more about each other, fears melt away, prejudices eventually evaporate — people thrive.
Marvin Cohen
Marvin is a businessman by profession who firmly believes education is the major key to change.
Under his leadership, Our World Peace Park will serve as an accessible classroom to the world — a place where every culture stands side by side as equals.
"Our World Peace Park belongs to us all."
It starts here in Salinas
We are gathering data about the nations of our world and seeking leaders in Salinas, California — our home base — and surrounding areas, who will come forward with pride to share the many facets of their rich cultures at public events. In time, these events will be shared across our country.
